Valid Email ID & Mobile Number: Ensure you have an active email address and mobile number for communication purposes.
eGCA Registration: You need to be registered on the eGCA website or have received an eGCA ID via your registered email address.
Process Flow Description
Step 1: Visit the eGCA portal and click on "eGCA Login."
Step 2: If you're a new user, sign up as an Aerial Work Operator or Non-Scheduled Operator. This is your registration stage, where you choose your user type - Individual or Organization.
Step 3: Enter your address details and create a secure password for logging in with your eGCA ID.
Step 4: Provide a valid email ID and mobile number to receive notifications from DGCA.
Step 5: Solve the captcha and click on "Receive OTP." Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and email address to complete the registration process.
Upon successful registration, you will receive your eGCA ID. Your registration details will also be sent to your mobile number and email address.
Step 6: Log in to the portal using your eGCA ID and password.
Step 7: Once logged in, select "Services."
Step 8: Among the service options, choose "Permission and Extension for Skydiving."
Step 9: Enter the purpose of your skydiving endeavor and provide the necessary aircraft details.
Step 10: Upload all mandatory documents and any additional supporting materials along with your application.
Step 11: Preview your application. If satisfied, you can choose to print the application or simply close the preview to make any necessary edits.
Step 12: If you decide to save your application as a draft, you can access it from the draft list on the left pane by clicking on the draft name.
Step 13: Upon submission of your application by clicking the "Submit" button, an eApplication ID will be generated. Keep this ID handy as you will need it for tracking the progress of your application.
