FEATURE OVERVIEW
When airline updates your roster, most official apps auto-refresh the data, erasing the previous view instantly. This leaves crew members scrambling, with no record of what changed. AirRoster is different. It puts you in control of when to fetch the latest version. Your current roster remains unchanged until you tap "Sync".
This gives you a chance to compare, take screenshots, or simply stay prepared
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Open AirRoster on any device
Your current roster is loaded and frozen in its last synced state.
You can scroll, review and even share it—without worry of sudden updates.
You will be able to see a yellow icon 🔄


STEP 2
When you’re ready to check for updates, tap the "Sync" button.
This will download the latest roster data and save it to your device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I view my last synced roster without internet?
A: Yes, once synced, the roster is cached offline for easy access.
Q: What happens if I never press "Sync"?
A: You’ll continue to see the last version you fetched. Syncing is manual to avoid unintentional overwrites.
Q: Can I compare changes between versions?
A: You can take a snapshot or screenshot before syncing. Version comparison is in the roadmap.
Q: What if I accidentally sync and lose my old view?
A: Once synced, the old view is replaced. Always review before syncing.
Q: Does this feature work for all airlines?
A: Yes, this feature is built into AirRoster regardless of your airline.
Q: Is there a notification when the airline updates the roster?
A: AirRoster does not push notifications on roster updates to preserve your manual control.
Q: Can I revert to an older version?
A: Currently, reverting is not supported. You can, however, take backups/screenshots for your reference.
Q: Is this feature available on all platforms?
A: Yes, both on web and mobile versions of AirRoster.
Q: Does AirRoster block the airline’s changes?
A: No. It simply delays the sync until you manually request it.
Q: Can this be disabled if I prefer auto-sync?
A: Auto-sync is not available by design. We prioritize deliberate syncing to empower user control.
