FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q1: Who is AirRoster designed for—just pilots or also cabin crew?
A: AirRoster is built for all flight crew members—captains, first officers, and cabin crew alike. It displays rosters clearly regardless of your position onboard.

Q2: Do I have to log in to my airline portal every time I check my schedule?
A: No. Once set up, AirRoster securely syncs your roster automatically. No repeated logins or session timeouts.

Q3: Does AirRoster show full duty details like flight numbers, report times, and layovers?
A: Yes. You’ll see flight numbers, departure/arrival times, aircraft type, layover locations, rest periods, and pairing info—all in one place.

Q4: Can I view my friends’ or colleague’s roster too?
A: Yes. With permission, you can view rosters of colleagues flying in the same airline—perfect for planning swaps, meetups, or crew coordination.

Q5: Will my roster stay saved offline if I lose internet access?
A: Absolutely. Once loaded, your entire roster is saved offline and viewable anywhere, even in flight or overseas.

Q6: What if my airline uses a different roster system like AIMS, eCrew, or Sabre?
A: AirRoster supports 5+ major roster systems and 100+ global airlines. If yours isn’t listed, you can request integration directly from within the app and we’ll be happy to guide you through the integration process.

Q7: How often does my schedule refresh or update?
A: By design, AirRoster does not update the synced roster. You are in control. It will pull the latest changes and tell you there is a change, but it won’t update it unless you press the “sync” button.

Q8: Can I receive push notifications for schedule changes?
A: Yes. If your airline allows it, you’ll receive alerts when duty changes, delays, or rest periods are updated.

Q9: Is the interface different for pilots and cabin crew?
A: No. The interface is unified but dynamically adapts to show relevant data based on your crew role.

Q10: Is my login and data secure?
A: Yes. AirRoster uses encrypted sync methods and never stores your password. Your access is secure, and your data stays private.
